Teaming Up For Tiara

At Saga 26 Consulting, the personal and professional development of our people is at the forefront of our company’s mind. By helping our team strengthen their interpersonal, communication, time-management, and leadership skills, we are able to grow as a unit and organization at a quicker, more expedited rate. When we met Tiara Page 2 months ago, our sentiments were the exact same: develop the untapped potential of this amazing woman and help her find a career of happiness and success here at Saga 26 Consulting. As she starts advancing further in our company’s Management Training Program, we think it’s safe to say she’s doing just that.

Born in Philadelphia and raised both there and Wilmington, DE, Tiara grew up as the middle child in a household filled with love and focused on education and responsibilities! With 3 children all within 6 years of each other, Tiara remembers her mother’s firm but fair parenting style and a home that was always bustling. She was active and outgoing and threw herself into track and basketball to stay engaged outside of the house.

At 15, Tiara left home to live with her father back in Philadelphia and spent the next few years working at a nursing home and at Pharmacy Technical school. As a new mom, she had 1 option: work hard and be successful in life for her daughter. When life threw her curveballs, Tiara swung right back and kept hitting!

Gaining great people and communication skills from working in sales and as a pharmacy technician, Tiara was able to work her way up personally and professionally. She moved her and her daughter, Tamiya, into their own apartment and shortly afterward met her now husband, Keith! When a change of scenery was needed for the family, Tiara, Tamiya, and Keith set off of the Shreveport for new beginnings.

For the next 2 years, Tiara worked at Life Care Pharmacy until a layoff from the hospital left her reeling. She knew it was time to find a career path where she dictated her growth and duration with the company. For the next month, she spent 4 hours a day solid looking for a career that aligned with her career goals and interest in business. It wasn’t until she stumbled upon a job advertisement for SaGa 26 Consulting that she knew she had found a place that offered unlimited growth based on performance. Her first interview with our company’s CEO, Brad, was an instant success, and the rest was history from there.

Since her start with us at SaGa 26 Consulting, Tiara has taught us that if you believe in yourself and embrace your inner confidence, you can make anything happen! Having worked in an industry where you advanced based on how long you’ve been with the company, she loves knowing that the growth she’s had so far and what’s to come is because of what she brings to the table every day.  When asked what advice she would give to someone starting in the company, she says “this business is what you make of it. Work hard, don’t give up, and it will make you a living and a life you can be proud of.”

When she’s not at work, you can find Tiara focused on being a mom and a wife. Now also a mother to 2-year old, Kasia, there is not a dull moment in Tiara’s life! Extremely family motivated, Tiara does her best to keep in touch with everyone that inspires her and who has molded her into the woman she is today: her mom, Dawn, sister, Yuri, brother, James, dad, French, step-Dad, Darrell, Aunt, Sheila, husband, Keith, and Tamiya’s father, Michael!

Her energy is contagious, and our excitement to work with her off the charts. Tiara, you are one of a kind and we’re so grateful to have you as a part of our growing team here at SaGa 26 Consulting. Keep up the great work! We’re expecting big things from you!
